Michael did a great job in selling our place, it sold in 4 days! He was straightforward as we discussed what a realistic price was and went with it. He was spot on with his recommendation for list price and sale price. Michael was very professional and always answered phone calls and emails promptly. I am glad I used Michael to sell my house and would use him again without question. I highly recommend him for all your Real Estate needs.
