Nancy and I could not be happier about our selection of a real estate broker in our search for a new home. Nancy was interested in re-locating to an area closer to Loyola where her children attend school. In short order, Linda did a thorough review of the Glenview market and came up with a number of options for us to consider. As it turned out, one of the homes she found for us was perfect. We love it!! From start to finish, Linda was there, assisting us with meetings at the house, working with the seller's on various issues etc etc etc. I hope that I do not have to move again soon. But, if I did, there would be no one else we would call but Linda Kramer!

Linda was absolutely wonderful to work with! We were first-time home buyers. Her knowledge of the area was so helpful in enabling us to move quickly, as homes in the area weren't staying on the market long. She provided helpful answers and was so patient as she helped us navigate through our first home purchase. Extremely responsive throughout the negotiation process which lasted a couple of days and quite a bit of back-and-forth. I've already recommended her to many friends and family, and will absolutely be reaching out to her when we make our next move!

Linda is extremely personable, readily accessible (I could shoot her a text day or night with anything I had questions on and would get a response immediately), and was a pleasure to work with.
