Very helpful and friendly. She made the buying and closing very easy and clear. She gave suggestions when contractor was onsite. I would recommend her again. 

Where do we even start?! Working with Lauren as first time home buyers was the best decision we have made. She is SO knowledgeable about all things related to buying, selling, renting, and everything in between. She was so patient with us through the entire process even when we had many hiccups on our end. She not only helped us purchase our first home but she also helped us get our rental before as well. As first time home buyers, we had zero idea of what we were doing and she walked us through it all. She answered all of our questions and concerns even the messages I was sending in the middle of the night, haha. She even has connections with so many people so if anything needs to done and she isn't able to (which is rare), she will direct you to the right people. Lauren is so efficient and we know for a fact that we got this home only because of her. The house hunting process can be exhausting especially after viewing so many homes, putting in offers, and seeing rejections. We are so thankful for Laurens expertise because we did all the right things she told us to do which landed us our dream home. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Lauren. We are so grateful for her and her team!

o I was relocating to Chicago and needed to find an apartment quickly. I had searched on my own for two weeks without any luck. I contacted Lauren and she was able to help me find an apartment and get a lease signed within 2 days. Lauren is the best. She helped me find an apartment to rent and made the process so much easier than it would've been on my own. It can be painful trying to find listings, schedule showings, work through applications, etc., but Lauren took all that off my plate. She asked some questions about what I was looking for and where I wanted to live, then would send me listings that fit the criteria. After I picked some I was interested in, she scheduled all the showings into one morning for me and I moved into my new place - which I love - less than a month later. I can't recommend Lauren enough. If you're looking for someone who will be invested in making sure you're happy with your next home, definitely give her a call.

Lauren helped us find an apartment to rent very quickly, within 2 1/2 weeks. She sent us new property updates everyday, and replied to all of my questions very promptly. She was super nice, and was very good at checking in and sending us properties, all the while not pushing too hard or bothering us, which is a tricky balance. Incredibly responsive - I would send texts or emails at random times, not expecting a response until the next appropriate moment, and a would often be surprised to receive a response within minutes. 2. Very Knowledgeable & Thorough - Was very impressed with the questions she had asked the Seller, Agent, property, etc., such as making sure to ask what the condo building/property cash reserves were for special projects. 3. Transparent & Honest - straightforward & transparent about the process, little things with the property, misc. things to think about, even when it wasn't necessarily in her best interests to tell something to me. (I.e., I was excited about a certain property and she gave me and number of reasons why that was a bad idea) 4. Great Communicator & Accountable - At the beginning of our conversations, I was still “half in, half out” as work/life was pretty busy. Laureen's follow-up was spot on, doing everything she said she would do within the timelines we set. Additionally, she was great at holding me accountable for my tasks and timelines. I truly believe I wouldn't be a super happy homeowner, writing this review in my kitchen right now if it weren't for her follow-up (& a “good nudge”). 5. Local Knowledge - When I started my search I expected to spend 5 days looking at dozens of places and countless hours of research. We found my dream first home in 1 day, and that wasn't by accident. Laureen spent several hours talking with me and gain an understanding of what I was looking for so once we looked at places, it was pretty easy. 6. Network - Every single one of Lauren's recommendations was perfect. The Lender, home inspector, real estate lawyer, moving company, etc, we're great and made the 30-day close process simple. Apart from the above, Lauren & the Green Group were fun to work with. I enjoyed talking with Lauren and her team members, made me feel extremely comfortable, and always felt they had my best interests at heart.
