With a background as a teacher and coach for 36 years, Craig brings a unique approach to real estate—one rooted in education, motivation, and genuine care. Craig’s real estate journey began early. Working alongside his father in the late 1970s at the family-owned Fallico Real Estate, he absorbed the business from the ground up. Today, the legacy continues as Craig partners with his son, Nick Fallico, leading Team Fallico, to be Baird & Warner’s top-producing team. Together, they specialize in a broad range of services—residential, investment and multi-family properties, condominiums, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, and commercial/mixed-use real estate.

Over the course of his career, Craig has closed hundreds of millions in sales volume and earned a reputation for unwavering integrity, tireless work ethic, and deeply personal client service. More than just a broker, Craig is a lifelong learner and global citizen. Raised on the Northwest Side of Chicago and a longtime Park Ridge resident, he is also fluent in Spanish. One of his personal goals is to visit every Spanish-speaking country in the world—18 down, 3 to go.
