Davy is a life long resident of Chicago and he brings deep local knowledge and insight to every client relationship. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, he grew up working in his family’s Rogers Park restaurant, Pekin House, where he developed a strong work ethic and a people-first mindset that now defines his real estate approach.

Davy is a member of the Johnny Phan Group at Baird & Warner, a high-performing real estate team with over $100 million in sales volume and 20+ years of combined real estate experience. Backed by the strength of this proven team, Davy provides his clients with personalized service, strategic guidance, and strong advocacy throughout the buying and selling process. With extensive knowledge of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, he enjoys helping clients explore homes and neighborhoods that align with their lifestyle and goals.
