Chicago-based real estate brokerage Dream Town proudly opens its fifth location in downtown Evanston. An established presence in Chicago since 1998, Dream Town adds the North Shore to its current Chicago locations in Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, West Loop, and Edison Park.
Dream Town has a burgeoning client base on the North Shore, as well as other surrounding suburbs, but this will be its first brick-and-mortar presence outside Chicago. The North Shore real estate market, which includes the suburbs of Evanston, Glencoe, Winnetka, Wilmette, Kenilworth and others, has long been an attractive location for home buyers, with thriving communities and top-rated schools.

Karen Gilbert has been named the Managing Broker of the new office, where she will oversee a growing office of talented brokers. Gilbert brings extensive experience in the real estate industry, having built a successful career before joining Dream Town. She will help Dream Town build its presence in North Shore, suburban and Chicago communities.

This growth is attributed to the agent-centric marketing by Dream Town that focuses on growing individual brokers’ businesses.
The permanent state-of-the-art office at 1567 Maple is now open for business, with a Grand Opening party and ribbon-cutting ceremony set for May 5, 2016. “Our new Dream Town presence in Evanston will offer our clients a great team of agents who specialize in North Shore real estate,” Gilbert said.
