Oyster Fest–presented by Shaw’s Crab House–returns for its 28th year. The event will feature the best in fresh seafood, including six varieties of oysters on the half shell (three West Coast and three East Coast) from some of the best growers around the country, as well as live music from four local blues bands including headliner Bumpus.

Chicago Unconventional Bicycle Expo showcases the more unusual models of cycle transport such as recumbent bicycles, recumbent tricycles, quadracycles, folding cycles, tandems, transporters, electrical bikes, and more. The expo will also include educational seminars, access to the nation’s top unconventional bicycle dealers, and test rides on the latest models.

The merchants of the East Elm Shopping District of Winnetka will open their doors to share their fine wines with light appetizers. Ticket holders will be given a tour booklet, wine glass, goodie bag, and discount pricing on wine. Tour the unique business of the area and mingle with friends. The event benefits Boys Hope Girls Hope of Illinois.
