With a sharp eye for style and her natural ability to cultivate client relationships built on trust and mutual confidence, Rosalyn 'Roz' Genovese brings a unique skill set to her real estate career. After studying at the International Academy of Design and Technology, she spent many years working as a designer and stylist for some of Chicago’s top photography houses—making her the perfect resource for clients preparing their home for photos and showings: Trained to focus on both the visual details and the overall effect, sellers can count on Rosalyn to make their listing really stand out in a competitive market. 

As a homeowner and home seller herself, Rosalyn has gained firsthand experience and appreciation for the magnitude of her clients' investment. She is passionate about providing guidance to her buyers and sellers through every step of what can often be a complex and emotional process. With a strong understanding of the importance of time in real estate, she is quick to respond to her clients. When she is not assisting them, Rosalyn loves exploring around town. She especially enjoys the region’s vibrant culinary scene and boundless opportunities for cultural entertainment.
