When I first began my search for a home, I had no idea what this journey would entail, what I thought was a very complex and often times intimidating world. Throughout the whole process, Robert has been nothing but informative and patient when answering all of my questions. He has gone above and beyond to explain everything in detail. I think as a first-time homebuyer, one goes through many phases of not knowing exactly what to look for and we kept on changing our minds. Robert helped me focus on exactly why we were doing this, to own a home for our Future lives. There were many aspects of buying a home that one does not factor into his/her equation. Robert helps bring all those factors to light while being exceptionally thorough and detailed in his explanations. His easy-going and polite attitude in dealing with clients takes away the veil of complexity in buying a home. I was always pleasantly surprised at his attention to detail, as well as his prompt replies to email or phone calls. Robert was always ahead of the game. Every time we had a showing at one of our many locations, Robert was always at the location before we got there. Robert was nothing but honest and transparent with us throughout the entire process. I was never hesitant to ask a question or to give my opinions on any matter. He was very understanding of all our concerns as well as sharing his ideas and thoughts. I have referred Robert to everyone I know who is looking or interested at buying property. I will never buy a home without him. Coming from a person that is used to interacting in the business world on a daily basis, I find it hard to meet people who are trusting and loyal. It's a blessing that I met Robert and he never fails to make me feel like he's always fighting for me and on my side. As someone who has gone through the process and finally found a home, I can't emphasize enough how important Robert was to me.

We had worked with several realtors over the 2 years we were contemplating buying. Each time we decided not to buy as we were frustrated with the realtors who either didn't seem to grasp what we were looking for or seemed to have alternative motives. The whole process just seemed too big and out of reach for us. All that changed the day we got a call from Robert. We felt immediately at ease with his warm personality, sense of humor, and we didn't feel under pressure to buy as we did from other realtors. We are so very lucky to have ended up working with him on our journey to buying our first home. We had no idea what we were doing or what we were looking for and we were so nervous, intimidated, and confused. His vast knowledge and expertise was extremely comforting and we always felt assured that everything was under control. His unending patience with us, our many questions, and e-mails was so appreciated. We could not be more happy with how everything has turned out. Robert has gone above and way beyond his duties as a realtor and well exceeded our expectations as to what a realtor should do for us. It was evident from the beginning that he feels a personal obligation to his clients and we never once had to question if he had our best interests in mind. We really felt as if we had a good friend with us and watching out for us at all times. He has a eagle eye for detail and caught so many things that we never would've noticed. His memory for those details is also really quite impressive as well. We cannot count how many times we said to each other "Thank goodness Robert is here!" As a side note, he also happens to be a very skilled at home projects which came in very useful to us when envisioning the potential or finding the flaws in our home options. He always made us feel like his only clients with his very prompt responses and dedication to us and our process. His take charge attitude really came in handy when problems arose between the lawyers and selling agents. His clear communication skills quickly helped resolve every issue that came up. He often went out of his way to make things more convenient for us and our busy schedules. Even after the closing, when many other realtors would have written off their clients, Robert is still continuing to address the questions and issues that have come up. He has also assured us that he will remain available to us in the future as well and that gives us great peace of mind. Robert has turned the scary and complex idea of first time home buying into a seemingly smooth and exciting reality for us. We feel as if we have gained a lifetime friend through the process and I'm sure this is how all of his clients feel as he is so personable and pleasant to be with. We cannot say enough good about him and we're so happy to share our experience and enthusiastically recommend his services to everyone. Robert Pratt was our real estate agent on our recent purchase of our new condominium in the city. My wife and I were very impressed with the effort and dedication that Robert showed through the whole process. We felt he went above and beyond what we expected from an agent. He graciously accommodated several last minute appointment changes and even went to the final walk through for us when we couldn t. Ours was not an especially expensive purchase, but he always treated us like we were very important. I would not hesitate to use Robert again and I would strongly recommend him.

Working with Bob and Dream Town was an absolutely wonderful experience. We were moving to Chicago from out of state and knew very little about the area. Bob welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. He organized two jam packed weekends with lots of different properties that met our criteria. He was very flexible with his schedule and even picked us up when needed. We were ecstatic to find a place we absolutely love and it was truly due to Bob and all of his hard work!
