When I first began my search for a home, I had no idea what this journey would entail, what I thought was a very complex and often times intimidating world. Throughout the whole process, Robert has been nothing but informative and patient when answering all of my questions. He has gone above and beyond to explain everything in detail. I think as a first-time homebuyer, one goes through many phases of not knowing exactly what to look for and we kept on changing our minds. Robert helped me focus on exactly why we were doing this, to own a home for our Future lives. There were many aspects of buying a home that one does not factor into his/her equation. Robert helps bring all those factors to light while being exceptionally thorough and detailed in his explanations. His easy-going and polite attitude in dealing with clients takes away the veil of complexity in buying a home. I was always pleasantly surprised at his attention to detail, as well as his prompt replies to email or phone calls. Robert was always ahead of the game. Every time we had a showing at one of our many locations, Robert was always at the location before we got there. Robert was nothing but honest and transparent with us throughout the entire process. I was never hesitant to ask a question or to give my opinions on any matter. He was very understanding of all our concerns as well as sharing his ideas and thoughts. I have referred Robert to everyone I know who is looking or interested at buying property. I will never buy a home without him. Coming from a person that is used to interacting in the business world on a daily basis, I find it hard to meet people who are trusting and loyal. It's a blessing that I met Robert and he never fails to make me feel like he's always fighting for me and on my side. As someone who has gone through the process and finally found a home, I can't emphasize enough how important Robert was to me.

We had worked with several realtors over the 2 years we were contemplating buying. Each time we decided not to buy as we were frustrated with the realtors who either didn't seem to grasp what we were looking for or seemed to have alternative motives. The whole process just seemed too big and out of reach for us. All that changed the day we got a call from Robert. We felt immediately at ease with his warm personality, sense of humor, and we didn't feel under pressure to buy as we did from other realtors. We are so very lucky to have ended up working with him on our journey to buying our first home. We had no idea what we were doing or what we were looking for and we were so nervous, intimidated, and confused. His vast knowledge and expertise was extremely comforting and we always felt assured that everything was under control. His unending patience with us, our many questions, and e-mails was so appreciated. We could not be more happy with how everything has turned out. Robert has gone above and way beyond his duties as a realtor and well exceeded our expectations as to what a realtor should do for us. His take charge attitude really came in handy when problems arose between the lawyers and selling agents. His clear communication skills quickly helped resolve every issue that came up. He often went out of his way to make things more convenient for us and our busy schedules. Even after the closing, when many other realtors would have written off their clients, Robert is still continuing to address the questions and issues that have come up. He has also assured us that he will remain available to us in the future as well and that gives us great peace of mind. Robert has turned the scary and complex idea of first time home buying into a seemingly smooth and exciting reality for us. We feel as if we have gained a lifetime friend through the process and I'm sure this is how all of his clients feel as he is so personable and pleasant to be with. We cannot say enough good about him and we're so happy to share our experience and enthusiastically recommend his services to everyone. Robert Pratt was our real estate agent on our recent purchase of our new condominium in the city. My wife and I were very impressed with the effort and dedication that Robert showed through the whole process. We felt he went above and beyond what we expected from an agent. He graciously accommodated several last minute appointment changes and even went to the final walk through for us when we couldn t. Working with Bob and Dream Town was an absolutely wonderful experience. We were moving to Chicago from out of state and knew very little about the area. Bob welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. He organized two jam packed weekends with lots of different properties that met our criteria. There is no better word to summarize the manner in which Robert treats his
clients other than "family". From the moment my wife and I shook his hand
until the day we walked into our new home, Robert was with us every step of the way.
You will not find an individual that possesses both the mastery of the real estate
market and the level of dedication to find the perfect home for his clients.
When my wife and I first began our search for a home two summers ago, we had very
little idea of what the journey would entail. Initially, my wife and I tried to do
the home searching on our own but we soon realized that all the places we were
looking at were not matching up to what we wanted in our first home together.
We sought the advice of a close friend who had recently closed on his home.
He recommended that we hire Robert as our agent, stating that he could guarantee
that we would never find a better real estate agent in the world.
Although I was skeptical of my friend's bold statement, I can also confidently
state that after working with Robert over the past two years, you will not find a
better real estate agent in the world. After my initial five minute conversation
with Robert, he sent me an email with details on eight potential properties all
within thirty minutes of our conversation. When it came time to looking at the
homes, Robert personally drove my wife and me to all of the locations and he
thoroughly explained the benefits and drawbacks of each of them.
He never rushed us through any property and he was always sincerely happy to answer
the multiple questions we asked. What was also truly wonderful about working with
Robert was that he always had a way of making us feel comfortable and he always had
our best interests in mind. After a month of home searching, Robert found us our
perfect home. Robert transformed the daunting journey of finding a home into
something exciting, fun, and pleasurable. Once we found our new home, we were faced
with having to sell or rent my wife's condominium to avoid making two mortgage
payments. I knew exactly who to call. Within 48 hours of contacting Robert,
he was at my wife's condominium to discuss the pluses and minuses of selling vs.
renting. Eventually, the decision was made to rent the property.
We handed Robert the keys and left it in his hands to rent the unit.
Both Robert and his wife, Lynn, listed the property, screened potential tenants,
personally showed the unit themselves, and took care of all the paperwork.
We did not have to lift a finger. From the time we handed Robert the keys to
the time the lease was signed, less than two weeks had passed. My wife and I
always say that we are so blessed to have Robert and Lynn in our lives.
Not only have they been the most perfect real estate agents, they have become
true friends. We have recommended and will continue to recommend them to anyone
who comes our way looking to buy, sell, or rent their home.

I have known Bob for several years now and had asked for his advice in regards to investment properties in the past. Bob was always available to meet and share information without putting any pressure on me "to buy". That was very valuable to me because I felt that he cared about me as a person and wanted me to make the decision when I was ready for it.
This past summer I decided that I was ready and I called Bob immediately.
At first I was a little nervous about how things would go because I didn't know exactly what I wanted to buy. But right after my first meeting with Bob I already felt relieved because he was asking me questions, listened and made suggestions to help me realize what options I felt comfortable with.

After the Closing Bob and Lynn have arranged the purchase and Installation of a Washer/Dryer, the sourcing and installation of the units Blinds and even the pre move in cleaning, how much more full service does it get!
Everything was much easier than I thought it would be and Bob is to thank for it.
Bob is the best and his company/team is great and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! He provided me with great expertise, good advice and instant help with everything. He is still standing by me and together with his wife Lynn is helping me to manage my investment property and I know I don't have to worry about a thing! This peace of mind is something that I value a lot.
When I am ready to buy my next property there is no way I am going to work with anyone else - only Bob. And I know it's going to be great. Can't wait!
