As first-time home buyers, we were excited and nervous about the process of buying our first place. Really nervous. Rachel helped us to navigate the neighborhoods of Chicago so that we could see potential all over the city. Our main issue was focusing on what we needed and blending that with our "wants list". We met Rachel for coffee one evening to discuss a property we'd just seen when Rachel asked if we'd meet her the following morning at a place she had in mind for us. The next day, we realized she had found the place that had all of our needs and wants in it! We began the process almost immediately and Rachel handled all of the details. Her approach is professional and efficient, yet comfortable enough to feel like you have a friend looking out for your best interest. We'd highly recommend Rachel to anyone that wants to find the perfect home in Chicago!

Rachel Dunnill was a very patient and available agent. When I received a package in the mail with a Chicago map and Rachel's business card, I knew I was stepping in the right direction. I was brand new to the looking and buying process and she brought great knowledge to each showing. She filled the gaps by asking all the questions I didn't know to ask. That alleviated any stress and helped me focus in on the question that mattered most, whether or not I could call each place Home. When our work led us to relocate to the Chicago area, where we knew virtually no one, we faced a daunting list of challenges. Rachel Dunnill came to our attention through routine house hunting on the Dreamland website. Appointing her as our realtor was the most important and advantageous decision we made in our move. Along the way, which ended up being an exhausting yearlong journey, she proved to be a stable, patient and encouraging force in our lives. Because we lived on the other side of the continent we needed her to carry an unusually heavy load for us, including finding houses, mortgage firms and brokers, a lawyer, a compatible builder, and an ýideal communityý in which to live. She won our trust and respect because she was a good listener who grasped fully what we wanted, an optimist who avoided groundless good cheer. We found her work ethic to be of the highest order and her breadth of knowledge of the juggernaut which is Chicagoland, precisely what we required. When it came time to close, she demonstrated a courage, tack, loyalty, and determination that left us awed (and many thousands of dollars better off than we anticipated). In short, she was a first rate realtor.
For these reasons alone we would commend her, but our circumstances meant that we had to trust her with information, documents, and decisions one would normally reserve for a lawyer. She demonstrated scrupulous integrity and was completely trustworthy ý a model of the highest professional ethics. For her character as well as her competence, we commend her unreservedly.

I can't say enough about how fantastic Rachel was during my home buying experience. Not only was I a first time home buyer, but I was moving half way across the country and had little knowledge about Chicago. Her patience, knowledge and organization put me at ease and made the whole process virtually stress free. Due to my schedule, I had one weekend to look at about a dozen places and make a decision. I still don't know how she was able to pull it all together. Her experience was greatly appreciated during the negotiation and closing process. I always felt that my interests came first and that she did everything in her power to represent those interests. In addition, she has great working relationships with an amazing lawyer and mortgage broker who share her belief that the client comes first. She helped make my potentially difficult transition as easy as possible and it was very comforting knowing that when I made the move to Chicago, I not only had a competent real estate agent waiting for me but a friend as well. Our realtor was Rachel Dunnill and she was awesome! It was our first time buying a home - and we are kind of picky! She took the time to get to know us and our interests, our budget and helped us find a way to make it all fit into what we were looking for. She had lots of great information and connected us to other great resources as well. When we showed her the place we wanted to buy, she showed us a better property the next day (which we ended up purchasing!). I would definitely recommend Dream Town, and Rachel, to any home buyer, and especially any first time home buyer. We will definitely use them again when it comes time to sell and buy the next one.

I am a very picky person and Dream Town helped me find a fantastic place that I really love. My agent, Rachel, was very knowledgeable about the city, and she was always prepared for our visits. She worked very hard between our showings and was constantly in touch with me about my thoughts and with new ideas.
What I really liked was that she would send me emails with links to various properties on the web and in her real estate database so I could preview apartments on-line before going out to see them. This saved a lot of time and ensured that I was only visiting the places that truly had potential.
Rachel found me a great place, and I'm very thankful to her and Dream Town for all their help and advice.
