A native of County Galway in Ireland, Patrick arrived to these shores in the mid '80s and has lived most of his life in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs since.
A graduate in Civil Engineering from GMIT College, Galway, Patrick has spent his entire life in one real-estate field or another. His experience ranges from site engineering work on a biological treatment plant in the Irish midlands to developing apartment buildings and single family homes throughout Chicagoland.
Patrick obtained a real-estate broker's license from the State of Illinois in 2001, and has enjoyed utilizing his wide knowledge of Chicago's many wonderful neighborhoods to locate the perfect home(s) and investment properties for his many clients ever since.
An enthusiastic traveler, Patrick will be glad to regale you with tails of his trips to far away places such as Australia, South America and mainland Europe.
