We were extremely pleased with the overall quality of Dream Town, particularly our agent, Pamela Plotkin. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions and was very patient during our decision making periods. When we found out the seller accepted our contract, Pamela was very thorough with all proceedings and even recommended our attorney and inspector, who were also very impressive. Pamela took care of all of the details so that we did not have to worry about anything slipping through the cracks. Overall, great service, great experience! We have referred friends to her and will continue to do so. This was a great experience, no doubt about it. Great job -you're awesome! We love our new home.

I met my Dreamtown agent, Pam, as the result of a search of property listings on the internet. I had been renting, but the building was sold, and all the tenants were told that they had till January 31 to move out, so I was in a bit of a hurry, not wanting to move in mid-winter. All of this prodded me to look for a condo to buy, which I had been procrastinating about for some time. I hadn't made any specific request while viewing the web listings to be contacted, but Pam got back to me the very next day offering to be of help. From then on everything moved quickly and amazingly smoothly. Within a day she had sent me a group of listings tailored to my list of requests, and I quickly found about 5 or 6 listings that sounded like they were just what I was looking for. Every listing she sent met my basic criteria, which I really appreciated. In one whirlwind evening we saw the listings I was most interested in, and I liked one of them so much that I made an offer on it, and we were on our way to the ultimate purchase of that unit. Every step of the way Pam was helpful and informative, went over every line of the offer contract with me before I signed it, and gave good advice on what to offer and where to go next in the negotiations. It must have been good advice, because her suggestions were always just what I was thinking at the time. We were very much in sync, and she was there every step of the way to closing. If the rest of the staff at Dream Town are as good as Pam, it must be the best real estate agency in the city!

It has been our privilege to have been served by your agent, Pam Plotkin, during our recent condominium purchase. I initially encountered Pam on a Sunday afternoon telephone cold call to your office in response to one of your firm's listings. She made an immediately favorable impression and was eager to help, offering to expeditiously do a market search based on my parameters. She described neighborhoods and provided market valuation trends that I solicited from her so that I could ensure that my location selection was indeed consistent with not only my needs, but also that of my daughter, a University of Chicago student, for whom I was purchasing the condo. Not ever having spent much time in Chicago, I needed her to be my eyes and ears and she served that purpose skillfully. She was highly knowledgeable, returned emails and phone calls promptly, always had a positive attitude, and allocated all the time we needed in researching then making this all important decision. It was after all, the first time my daughter was to live alone in a big city not supervised and protected by me or campus housing.
Pam did not push her opinions on us, was well acquainted with the market and able to provide answers to our most pressing questions. Pam was not only a competent real estate resource in finding property sites to view, but also was keenly attentive to my time constraints such that she was highly organized with viewings back to back on the single day I had to visit them when I traveled to Chicago from my home in Kentucky.
I am a very demanding consumer who expects superior service from those I retain. In this instance, I could not have asked for more. Pam is a competent and hard worker with an engaging personality who is a pleasure to deal with. She is indeed a valuable asset to your company. I will most certainly tell others of my wonderful experience as well as recommend her and your firm in the future.

It was a scary decision to begin looking for our first home, knowing we didn't know everything we were getting into. After talking with a few somewhat pushy agents, we finally responded to an email from Pam. Pam was a very refreshing experience. After our first conversation we knew she was there to help and not to push. After our first meeting we knew she would not only be there to help us find a house, but help us find OUR home. With each property we saw, she learned more and more about our taste, what we needed and what we wanted; eventually, after a "season" of hard core searching, she knew as soon as we did, which house we would soon reside. Throughout our home searching, buying and redecorating, Pam was not only extremely helpful, but always a joy to hear from. What ever our questions, our comments, our fears, she was always here. We are now nearly settled, mostly founded and completely thrilled that we finally responded to our email from Pam (and Dream Town. ) Thank you Pam.

Pam Plotkin not only knows her neighborhoods, but really works to get to know her clients and their tastes. Whether it is something as simple as the music she plays when driving to apartment showings or knowing when to give you a glimpse of the perfect place for you, she's really developed her job into an art. I have no problem recommending her to any and all of my friends and can only hope that she'll have time to help me out when I grow into a new place. Thanks Pam.

We cannot say enough about our experience using Pamela Plotkin as our realtor. We have used many realtors over the years and Pamela was by far the best both
of us have ever had the pleasure of working with. I knew that I would be moving
to Chicago but I wasn't sure exactly when and over the course of a year Pamela kindly answered questions and sent us property information. Once the transfer finally happened,
Pamela worked patiently with us while we looked at over 30 houses and she always
made us feel like we were her most important clients. One of the things we
appreciated the most was that Pamela would not only point out the positive points
of a home but the negative as well. There were many times Pamela would scratch a
home off of our list because it was in an area that did not fit our needs or was on
too busy of a street. There were other times she would give us the nod to leave a
house during the viewing because the house had too many problems or was a poor rehab. She has her client's best interest in mind 100% of the time and we felt that we
were really able to trust her. Once our contract was signed she helped us through
the entire closing and beyond. She assisted us in locating a great inspector,
contractors, etc. We cannot say enough about Pamela and would wholeheartedly
recommend her to anyone.
