Often told by past clients that her friendly and outgoing personality made the property search much smoother and easier for them, Nycholle thrives on applying her passion, confidence, knowledge and dedication to bring success to each of her clients. Nycholle offers firm commitment and loyalty to each client to insure total satisfaction.

Previous to her career in real estate, Nycholle worked exclusively in the music industry for over 15 years. She worked with numerous music industry personalities as well as with many recording artists. She did negotiating, promotions and marketing, and had many opportunities for decision making and problem solving.

Transitioning to real estate was a pleasure because it allowed her to continue using and developing this skill set.

Nycholle graduated from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

  • Nycholle was amazing to work with. I've recommended her to two of my friends who I know have passed her name along to others as well. She truly is that great! When I first met Nycholle I had given up on finding a place to live. Nothing was right and people weren't listening to what I wanted. After meeting Nycholle I knew she was listening to what I was saying and felt comfortable that she would show me exactly what I wanted. I was right. I had my heart set on living in the West Loop and she could tell the area was not right for me. We looked at a few places in the South Loop, and I was hesitant, so she took me to see a place in the West Loop. After spending some time in both areas, Nycholle was right! She sensed my personality would fit better in the South Loop and I that's where I ultimately ended up. Nycholle was also very patient with my requests. I think she showed me about ten places before I finally committed. She never pushed me into something I wasn't going to be happy with, which is truly awesome. I know the next year will be a happy one, and when I look to move again, I'll be using Nycholle. Her want to help and please me was more than I could have ever asked for from anyone, and she made the moving process nearly stress-free.
