Neeti can guide you through the Chicago neighborhoods with ease as she's lived in Lincoln Park, East Lakeview, Roscoe Village, and now calls Ravenswood (part of Lincoln Square) her home. She possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Chicago and the many benefits each unique neighborhood offers its residents. Plus, she has guided buyers in finding their perfect property throughout the Northwest and Western Suburbs.

Neeti received her Bachelors degree at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Upon graduating she began her career in Corporate America at General Mills, which enabled Neeti to master the arts of communication and negotiation which now contribute to her success as a Realtor. With extensive experience in marketing, sales, customer service and technology, Neeti feels completely at home in the real estate world.

"I'm very proud of the fact that most of my clients become friends and the majority of my clients I represent are either repeat business or referrals from other clients!" Neeti says. Neeti loves hunting for deals and has become very experienced with short sales and foreclosures. In fact, Neeti and her husband enjoy investing in multi-unit buildings and continue to grow their real estate portfolio. Plus, after undergoing a major home renovation herself she has a great network of architects and contractors to help her clients with any big or small home improvement jobs.

When it's time to relax, Neeti enjoys cooking, traveling, walking the lakefront, and trying out the endless array of local restaurants in our great city!

    Neeti is the best real estate agent ever! I think what makes her amazing is her ability to "think like me", but then also point out all of the things that I never thought about or forgot, but that actually matters a whole lot to me! She is honest and frank about everything and isn't afraid to ask the other agent the tough questions. Many times, I would be wondering how to ask the seller agent a certain question, and she would come out and ask the exact question I was thinking! And she is SO patient - she understands that buying a house is a big decision, and treats it with the care, as if she were buying the house herself. My first offer, we made it all the way to inspection, and a few negative things came out about the house. Neeti did extensive research for me to argue both sides, and when I decided to walk away from the deal, she didn't bat an eye. Speaking of bids, you want Neeti on your side during negotiations! I never would have gotten my home for the price I did without Neeti. It's hard to describe how much pressure there is when you have to negotiate for your future home, and I always felt Neeti was on my side. Moreover, I have not met a more knowledgeable real estate agent - I think it's because Neeti is naturally curious and loves to ask questions. By the time I closed on my new home, I felt 100% sure this was the right decision and looking back, I could not be happier. Finally, Neeti works with a lot of great people, so when it comes to lawyers, lenders, movers, she has a good recommendation (and all of them have worked out well). Bottom line is, if you're thinking of buying a place, you really should talk to Neeti first!

    When my husband and I decided to buy a foreclosure fixer upper for our first home, we had no idea what we were in for. I'm so glad that we had Neeti on our side as we would have been lost without her. She went above and beyond her job as a realtor to make sure we got the perfect home for us. Neeti stuck with us through what seemed like a hundred houses viewed, and a few contracts that fell through. When we found that perfect house, she worked hard for us to make sure that our contract was accepted by the bank in a timely manner, which is no easy venture when you are dealing with foreclosures. Then, when our mortgage broker couldn't get the deal closed, she provided us with another broker who closed the deal in just over 2 weeks. I am a type A personality all the way - very picky and anxious - and she didn't bat an eye. Neeti first helped me secure an apartment two years before I entered the buyer's market, and once I was ready to take the leap into home ownership, she walked me through the process step-by-step, taking the time to explain anything I didn't fully understand in regard to the contract and closing processes....which was a lot. I am extremely happy with my first home and am always telling my friends about the wonderful agent that helped me get it.

    I have depended on Lynn and Neeti for my many housing needs since the fall of 2008. We've been through so much together -- a condo sale, a condo purchase, and even rental apartments. I trust them to always put my needs first which is unusual in any sales market. They truly care about their clients' happiness.

    Lynn and Neeti helped me sell my condo under some very difficult circumstances. First, at the time I decided to sell, the housing market had taken a huge downturn. Second, my condo unit did not come with a parking spot and most people want a condo with parking. Third, and worst of all, my condo association had just announced that there would be a large special assessment. The exact amount of the assessment was undetermined and, in fact, the condo board discussed the assessment for almost a year before they agreed to a specific amount.

    So, my condo sale required very thoughtful marketing and knowledgeable realtors. Lynn and Neeti met the challenge. In spite of all the obstacles, they remained positive and, once we found the right buyer, they worked out a deal that was good for both the buyer and for me. My condo was sold for more than I originally paid for it.

    Best of all, although I'm a nervous mover, I stayed relaxed and happy throughout each of my moves, purely because Lynn and Neeti radiate so much positive energy and calmness. They love what they do and care deeply about matching up each person to their dream home. It's what makes them happy. They are a great team.
