I have depended on Lynn and Neeti for my many housing needs since the fall of 2008. We've been through so much together -- a condo sale, a condo purchase, and even rental apartments. I trust them to always put my needs first which is unusual in any sales market. They truly care about their clients' happiness.
Lynn and Neeti helped me sell my condo under some very difficult circumstances. First, at the time I decided to sell, the housing market had taken a huge downturn. Second, my condo unit did not come with a parking spot and most people want a condo with parking. Third, and worst of all, my condo association had just announced that there would be a large special assessment. The exact amount of the assessment was undetermined and, in fact, the condo board discussed the assessment for almost a year before they agreed to a specific amount.
So, my condo sale required very thoughtful marketing and knowledgeable realtors. Lynn and Neeti met the challenge. In spite of all the obstacles, they remained positive and, once we found the right buyer, they worked out a deal that was good for both the buyer and for me. My condo was sold for more than I originally paid for it.
Best of all, although I'm a nervous mover, I stayed relaxed and happy throughout each of my moves, purely because Lynn and Neeti radiate so much positive energy and calmness. They love what they do and care deeply about matching up each person to their dream home. It's what makes them happy. They are a great team.

Neeti was recommended to me by my first real estate agent which goes to show the confidence portrayed in her abilities. Working with her was such a great experience, since I was looking to purchase a foreclosed home she knew the correct channels and the right steps to take in order to have my offers reviewed and accepted. She made time for me to view as many properties as I could fit into my schedule and helped me in my walkthrough of the houses to analyze each one's potential. I couldn't ask for more in a real estate agent. Neeti is extremely resourceful, knowledgeable about the market and various neighborhoods, and very honest. But most important, she is patient! I am a type A personality all the way - very picky and anxious - and she didn't bat an eye. Neeti first helped me secure an apartment two years before I entered the buyer's market, and once I was ready to take the leap into home ownership, she walked me through the process step-by-step, taking the time to explain anything I didn't fully understand in regard to the contract and closing processes....which was a lot. I am extremely happy with my first home and am always telling my friends about the wonderful agent that helped me get it.

When my husband and I decided to buy a foreclosure fixer upper for our first home, we had no idea what we were in for. I'm so glad that we had Neeti on our side as we would have been lost without her. She went above and beyond her job as a realtor to make sure we got the perfect home for us. Neeti stuck with us through what seemed like a hundred houses viewed, and a few contracts that fell through. When we found that perfect house, she worked hard for us to make sure that our contract was accepted by the bank in a timely manner, which is no easy venture when you are dealing with foreclosures. Then, when our mortgage broker couldn't get the deal closed, she provided us with another broker who closed the deal in just over 2 weeks. Clearly, she has the knowledge and the right contacts to get things done. If we wouldn't have had Neeti as our realtor, there is no way that we would be homeowners today!

Neeti was an amazing agent, confidant, (occasional) therapist and friend during our home buying process. In our opinion, she went way above and beyond the standard services of a real estate agent — even meeting with contractors and other vendors on our behalf when we weren't able to be there! We found Neeti by accident and are very glad we did. She helped us nail down our requirements, including the complications of renting with a dog, and especially helped arbitrate the husband and wife wish lists. She showed us 10 or 12 condos in 3 trips, always on time, knowledgeable of the area, well prepared and up positive. We could not have asked for a better guide for our first foray into city living. Neeti really impressed on us the importance of our "wish list", a nicely furnished, move-in ready condo that would allow our dog to be with us, and also being close to where we wanted to be. We feel very lucky to have come upon such a competent, upbeat agent and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Neeti was a great help from our first meeting to the closing on our new condo. As first time homebuyers, we were very indecisive about what we wanted and whether to buy at all. Neeti guided us to the neighborhoods that best suited our demands and helped us narrow down our "wants" and "needs" list, without pressuring us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. I can't say that going through our short-sale was an easy process, however my husband and I would have never been able to survive it without the help of Neeti and Lynn.
