We recently sold our home in Naperville, IL after only being on the market for 78 days!!! We have no doubt that this would not have been possible without the expertise of Misha Immormino. To give you a short background. . . . We found Misha in September 2006, when we were moving from Arizona to Illinois. It was by pure chance and luck that we found her by doing a simple Internet Search, and we were and are certainly glad we did! Purchasing a home is incredibly stressful. . . unless you have Misha as your Realtor! Misha rates top in communicating with her clients and keeping us in the know as we progressed through the house hunting and purchasing process. My husband and I felt confident that Misha had our best interests in mind. . . even though she wasn't working for us (the buyer!) She listened to our wants and needs in a property and was able to schedule many viewings in a short period of time. (We're from out of town and had limited viewing days) Since we live out of state, the website and e-mail communications were so important for us. We really appreciated being able to view the properties in advance via the website prior to requesting to see the property. Plus Misha is dependable in returning phone calls as well. We also were impressed that after the closing we didn't feel "dumped", if we had any further questions after the closing Misha was there to answer them for us or follow-up as needed. Misha Immormino served as my agent for the purchase of a condo in Chicago. I wanted to write a quick note to let you know my thoughts about the experience.
In short, Misha (and as a result, Dream Town) was great. Though completely professional throughout, after the first week of looking at properties, it was like going to look at them with a friend. Misha never pressured me to look at properties that I didn't show interest in. She never pressured me to make an offer. But she made sure to tell me what she liked and didn't like about places, often helping me think of things that maybe I wouldn't have. As I mentioned earlier, after the first week or so, we were on the same page and we could both tell whether or not I liked the place (or if she did). Misha was great to work with and reflects very well upon Dream Town. I will recommend her to any friend of mine that is in the market for a real estate agent in the future. And, as she was nice enough to come to a holiday/house warming party I threw recently, let me also let you know that she makes great jalapeno poppers.

I am writing to you regarding my experience with Misha Immormino, our Realtor for the simultaneous sale of our condo and purchase of our home this fall/winter.
My husband and I had an excellent relationship with Mrs. Immormino and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a real estate transaction. She was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful in every step of the process. She came prepared to our interviews for a Realtor and spent an hour with us showing us examples of how she would market our home and how she would assist us in our search for a new place. We interviewed five agents from various firms, including those who worked at boutique agencies to the big name real estate companies. We also spoke to agents who had many years of experience.
Mrs. Immormino was upfront with the fact she has only been in this job less than a year. While that initially was a concern for us, she answered every question we asked of her with intelligence and passion. What also impressed us was her willingness to do research and ask questions if she did not know the answer immediately. Unlike two of the more-experienced agents we interviewed who tried to steer us from the housing regions we sought, Mrs. Immormino did no such thing and helped us find several locations in our price range.
We looked at several homes before we found the one we wanted and she offered several examples of how to proceed in the bidding process.
The purchase of our home went smoothly up until the final walk-through, when the previous home owners left the home in a disheveled state. The agent of the homeowners tried to ignore our calls, but Mrs. Immormino was assertive up to and through the closing. She held the previous owners agent to a monetary concession before we would sign the papers. Mrs. Immormino even answered questions from us after the closing, when she had no obligation to do so.
Regarding the sale of our condo, she was aggressive in marketing the place and was helpful in helping us get the condo in order and coming up with a price. We had a strong interest in our unit, nearly daily showings until a final offer. The only misstep she might have had was not doing an open house soon after the listing, but considering that we had an offer (which eventually fell through) by the first showing, it was understandable. The sale of our unit went fast - within two weeks - despite the fact it was listed in late October, traditionally a slow time for home sales.
We were fortunate to get into a bidding war for our condo and Mrs. Immormino was able to guide us through our options, offering suggestions of how to handle this windfall.
On the Dreamtown website, Mrs. Immormino's biography discusses her passion for service and this is no understatement. Even before we signed on with Dreamtown, she answered emails promptly and at anytime of the day. Whenever there were developments in the home sale/search, Mrs. Immormino called/emailed/faxed as soon as she could. Additionally, she quickly returned phone calls. I never had to wait long for a returned message. Other agents we contacted were less assertive in their initial business dealings, and Mrs. Immormino's emphasis on service was a big factor in our decision to sign with Dreamtown.
Overall, we had an exceptionally talented agent in Mrs. Immormino and Dreamtown is fortunate to have such a dedicated worker. I am sure she will continue to impress future clients and be an excellent representative for Dreamtown.

I had been considering buying a home for a little while. Being a single woman who never owned a home, needless to say it was an overwhelming idea. I also am a ıııtransplantııı to the area so have no family here or long time contacts to fall back on for advice. Once I made the decision to start the process I spoke to Misha. Immediately my fears and misgivings were put to rest. She led me through the process putting me totally at ease. The first major help was referring me to a mortgage company. The people she suggested were wonderful. They couldn't say enough good about Misha and they treated me like family. They were attentive, focused and helpful. They suggested things for me to do and followed up on every question and concern. While that process was taking place Misha started on her end. At first we just did an online search so that I could get familiar with the market and try to decide what I really wanted. Once I was ready to start really looking Misha was always willing to work around my sometimes crazy schedule to show me things that I wanted to see. Based on these she would choose some additional homes to see also. I can't even express how helpful she was. No question was too ridiculous and she never made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. If I thought I wanted to see something that she thought might not be all it sounded to be, she'd still be willing to go, but would explain to me the concerns she had and why. Of course, every time she was right. She never pressured me to see anything or to make a decision to quickly. When we finally found the home I wanted she helped me to ask all the right questions so that I was confident in my decision. Again, without any experience with this and no local contacts, Misha came to the rescue. She was able to suggest several attorneys and home inspectors from which to choose. She was with me every step of the way. When negotiations began she was relentless in her efforts on my behalf and helped me to know what to ask and to counter. At the closing she celebrated with me. I could not have done this without Misha nor would I ever want to. I always knew that everything she was doing was in my best interest and she really wanted to help me find my perfect home. Even now, if something comes up and I need something done with the house, I know I can call Misha and with confidence know she will refer me to someone I can trust. Misha goes above and beyond what her job is. She goes out of her way to make her clients feel at ease, confident in their decisions and beyond happy with, not their house, but their new homes.

As we were traveling from out of town our time was important to us. Misha quickly identified our requirements and tastes and diligently researched each listing to ensure it was suitable.

The flyers were very professional looking and she did a great job capturing what the condo looked like in every picture. The little extra touches made a big difference. We love our place, we just painted our teal bathroom grey (who paints a bathroom teal?). We have slowly been remodeling things here and there, Restoration Hardware is our new favorite friend. We have told people about you, we keep hearing horror stories about realtors, and we share some of our own past stories, but we always say how smooth the process was with you, and how wonderful you are. I can't thank you enough for all your help and support throughout this process. As a professional in the hospitality industry, it is really hard to WOW me with great customer service. I am continually let down, and dissatisfied when I expect great customer service. However, in this instance I was WOWED over and over again.
You were always their when I needed you to be, answering all my questions and making me feel like I was your only customer. Even when I was busy at work I felt at ease knowing you were there representing me. As we both said, if it was meant to be it will work out. And from the beginning it truly was. I was lucky to find such a great realtor to walk me through this process, lucky to know that you truly cared, even though my purchase was small, and lucky for someone to continue to work with me even after the contract was finalized.

As first time home buyers, Doug and I tried to come as armed as possible with information, which of course wasn't near enough! We are so glad that John and Misha were there to help us. In addition to taking our sometimes frantic calls at all times of the day, they also gave excellent recommendations for lawyers and places to get home loans. Through the Dream Town website we were able to communicate efficiently and exchange information about the kind of homes we were looking for.
