I have depended on Lynn for my many housing needs since the fall of 2008. We've been through so much together — a condo sale, a condo purchase, and even rental apartments. I trust them to always put my needs first which is unusual in any sales market. They truly care about their clients' happiness.
Lynn helped me sell my condo under some very difficult circumstances. First, at the time I decided to sell, the housing market had taken a huge downturn. Second, my condo unit did not come with a parking spot and most people want a condo with parking. Third, and worst of all, my condo association had just announced that there would be a large special assessment. The exact amount of the assessment was undetermined and, in fact, the condo board discussed the assessment for almost a year before they agreed to a specific amount.
So, my condo sale required very thoughtful marketing and knowledgeable realtors. Lynn and her team met the challenge. In spite of all the obstacles, they remained positive and, once we found the right buyer, they worked out a deal that was good for both the buyer and for me. My condo was sold for more than I originally paid for it.
Best of all, although I'm a nervous mover, I stayed relaxed and happy throughout each of my moves, purely because Lynn and her team radiate so much positive energy and calmness. They love what they do and care deeply about matching up each person to their dream home. It's what makes them happy. They are a great team.

I had worked with a few different Real Estate agents before I choose to work with Lynn. There is a limited number of real estate agents in my opinion that really care and work for their clients. Lynn has gone above and beyond many times since I started working with her. I haven't needed to seek another agent nor will I as long as I am in Chicago.

Lynn facilitated a dream come true! While searching the web on a lark, I came across the DreamTown website. Many Chicago condo properties spiked my interest, so I registered. I promptly received a call from Lynn and a list of properties matching our wants. After narrowing the list, I consulted with Lynn. She immediately shared a wealth of information about buildings, neighborhoods, associations, etc. Her knowledge was impressive! After visiting several properties, our informed decision was made.

my wife and I knew they were the perfect fit.Lynn and Neeti worked together
seamlessly to sell our current home and buy a new home. Not only did they have a
contract on our current home within two weeks (in an extremely difficult economic

I can't say that going through our short-sale was an easy process, however my husband and I would have never been able to survive it without the help of Neeti and Lynn. Not only did they put together a great marketing plan for our condo, but they also helped us to navigate the confusing world of short sale rules and regulations, provided a recommendation for legal advisors, and were with us every step of the way in dealing with the insanity of multiple banks throughout the entire year it took to finalize our deal!
