We were looking for a condo for our daughter on the North Shore. After talking with us and listening to our needs, Karen told us she thought Evanston would bea perfect fit. She was right! We found the perfect place, close to the El, Metra, and bus station. Right in the middle of dozens of shops and restaurants, which Stacey loves! The condo itself is a perfect match for her; it felt like home right away. And now it's not only home to our daughter, but also to George, her new kitten!

If you are looking for someone who will listen to what you want then Karen is the realtor for you. We relocated from VA and didn't know anything about the Chicago neighborhoods - we only knew we wanted to be in the city and have access to public transport. After a few quick emails to Karen about what else we were looking for in a home and neighborhood we started receiving listings, some with comments about how they might fit into our wish-list. We only had one week to visit and make an offer and Karen rearranged her schedule to allow us to see as many listings as we could. By the end of our week we had narrowed our choice down to three homes. Karen brought out our original wish-list and compared each house with what we said we wanted. The choice became clear and we made an offer that afternoon. Karen is a joy to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the perfect home.

We happened upon Karen while surfing the Dreamtown website, looking for potential houses in Chicago. We had an idea of where we wanted to be but really no idea of what we could get for our money, what housing was like in Chicago or anything else regarding the area. Coming from Houston, we had a limited amount of time in which to physically see houses. Karen helped us narrow our search and get to the heart of what we were really looking for. She set us up with as many houses as we wanted when we visited and the amount of time she allotted to see the houses and travel from one to another was always perfect. She was a wonderful guide but never pressured us to choose one house over another or forced her opinion on us. She was crucial in helping us find the perfect house for our family and getting the best deal we could in the shortest amount of time.
