Kara was excellent throughout the whole stressful buying process and we highly recommend her to any potential buyers and sellers. Using Kara and her recommended inspector and attorney will alleviate a lot of the stress in the buying process and guarantee you high quality, independent and impartial service. The inspector she recommended was amazing because he was telling the contractor what repairs needed to be done before we would close. It was fun to watch!

My experience with Dream Town went above and beyond what I expected by far. Kara was the best real estate agent I ever dreamed of dealing with. Having our first property fall through before the closing, my wife and I needed to find a condominium in less than 3 weeks. Kara worked night and day for us as if she were a close friend. I got off of work at 5pm and would not view any properties until 6pm every evening. Kara showed us at least 3 to 4 places a night for 2 1/2 weeks until we found the right one.
