Joshua Katz brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Chicago real estate. Before entering real estate, Joshua lived abroad in South Korea, where he founded a successful English language academy. After returning to Chicago he was a project manager for an award-winning developer, where he managed the different trades to insure their work was done properly, with quality, and in a timely manner. Joshua began his Real Estate career in 2005, where he was mentored by one of the country's top producing agents. He was an essential member of a team that sold more than $100,000,000 annually. He has extensive experience working with new construction developments, and is on a first name basis with many of the city's premier builders.

A Chicago native, Joshua's roots span more then four generations in the city. His vast and detailed knowledge of the city's many diverse neighborhoods, their history and amenities is a valuable asset. He is experienced and attentive in helping new and out-of-town buyers find the right place to put their roots down in Chicago. He listens closely to the individual needs of his clients and works tirelessly to guide them towards the results they desire.

Joshua currently lives in the Budlong neighborhood on the city's north-west side with his two children. He is involved in his children's schools and is a member of the PTA. Joshua can often be found on his bicycle, since he competes in three to four races a year. While his swing does not show it, Joshua is a fan of Chicago's many public golf courses.
