Dave Plotkin

Dave is more than your average real estate agent -- he's also an investor. He has branched out from dealing only with the sales side of the industry and has expanded his scope of interaction to integrate aspects of home construction and tenant management. Although his innate outlook on life is to take care of the people around him, Dave's background in the hospitality industry is where he learned first-hand about service. He has carried that experience with him to Dream Town and has molded the principles of his hospitality roots into his everyday philosophy.

Dave has lived, owned property and worked in many different Chicago neighborhoods, so his familiarity of the city is unrivaled. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business. His love of the city, customer service skills and street smarts, make Dave an exceptional agent who goes above and beyond for his clients, each and every day.
