Carol turned her investment strategy of buying, renovating and selling property into a full time career. Through her personal experiences Carol completely understands the financial importance of purchasing a property to live in or as an investment. Her clients are able to rely on her expertise in making a wise investment. She works with all types of buyers and sellers, but finds a certain joy in assisting first time home buyers. "You have to be patient with a strong attention to detail when working with first time buyers. While it may be routine for me, this is the first time they've gone through the process of buying a home. It keeps me sharp."
To add to her repartee Carol uses her background in home décor and design to aid her clients when listing their homes for sale. For Carol being knowledgeable and accessible to her clients is the cornerstone of helping them navigate through the sometimes tricky world of condominium ownership.
A native of Ohio, Carol has lived in and traveled between both coasts. She decided Chicago would be the perfect place to finally settle down. She calls a condo in Edgewater home. Carol describes Edgewater as a vibrant community she enjoys sharing with both buyers and sellers.
Carol has a degree in Marketing Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. In addition to her passion for renovating homes, Carol enjoys yoga, cycling, and power-walking along Chicago's lakefront. She spends her down time cheering on da Bears!
