Cally, I think you did a great job. You were very thorough and made the process very easy for me. As a guy I didn't have a good vision of small things that could be done to the space to make it more marketable. You provided this for me. I've also had a very hectic schedule lately and you were able to work with me and help to take over some of the responsibilities in getting the place fixed up. You did a GREAT job and I appreciate your hard work !!!

Cally worked with me on an investment property purchase in Chicago. She completed thorough property valuation analyses, sought out and coordinated with a top rental specialist to find a tenant, coordinated showings during the escrow period, and was in constant contact with me, looking out for my best interests while I was traveling for business and living in California. We wanted to thank you for all your help. We talked to a number of Realtors before we chose you - as you know we did not get your name through a referral but though a phone call to show us one of your listings (I had great luck that day). You were very easy to work with and felt you listened to our needs and understood that your listing was not a good match for us - for you to give us three straight days of your undivided attention (without giving you any notice) to look for homes was awesome. We also want to acknowledge your support through the entire process (helping us find a Gym, getting car stickers, and taking me to the Secretary of State, finding a phone for Neibe, etc). We feel very fortunate to have come across you in our home search and would recommend you to anyone else searching for a home.
