Brad is an exceptional realtor. I reached out to him after my original realtor and I parted ways and I could not be more pleased and impressed with Brad. He took me on 10 showings in one day and was a rock star. He showed up with a booklet which included a map and our itinerary for the day. Brad was very knowledgeable with every property and neighborhood we visited. I felt extremely comfortable with Brad and would recommend him to anyone!

Brad did a wonderful job representing us in the sale of our home. He walked us through his marketing process step by step. He then executed the process just like he said he would. I believe his process and diligence is what led us to sell our home in 3 days! I'm so grateful to have had him represent us.

Brad Feinsmith made a very good first impression. He had a solid marketing strategy and he assured us he would communicate often. He priced the property much higher than we thought it was worth but we agreed thinking we may have to reduce it in 30 days. Three days after going on the market we had an offer! Had we not listened to Brad we would have left a lot of money on the table. Brad stayed in touch with us throughout the selling process, just as he promised. When some work needed to be done, he put us in touch with a great company who did a terrific job before the closing. We can highly recommend Brad whether you are buying or selling property.

He helped us navigate the selling process by buffering any issues that came up during and after inspection, which normally can be stressful. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone of my friends buying or selling a house in the Chicago area.

Brad was truly a savior! My wife and I were both slammed at work during our transaction and needed an “easy button,” which is just what Brad provided. He explained the entire process but also listened to our requirements and guided the whole process checking in frequently with updates. I’d recommend working with Brad 100% of the time.

Brad was great start to finish . At our first meeting he presented us with a booklet with all the comps in our area.. going 6 months back . That info really helped with our price point ! He helped us with great ideas for staging the house for walkthroughs. He answered his phone 99% of the time and if he didn't he called back very soon ! Answered all our questions and addressed any concerns . Negotiations with the buyer where easy like Sunday morning . All and all he was great and not only would I recommend him, I already have a few times! You can't go wrong with this guy

Very knowledgeable about Chicago neighborhoods and the suburbs. He really seemed to enjoy looking at the houses w me and what different properties had or didn’t have to offer, which made my experience much more enjoyable. He clearly has a passion for what he does which I appreciated. I plan to work with brad again for my future real estate needs.

The selling of our parents ’home was made much less painful because of Brad’s competence, knowledge, and patience. While clearly serious about his business, his calm, good-humored demeanor made it easy to feel comfortable in the process. Brad was responsive to our many questions, breaking down unfamiliar legalize into easily understandable language that helped guide us in our decision making.
