Alison Van Bergen combines her 15 years of sales experience and extensive knowledge of Chicago’s western suburbs to help her clients locate the area that best suits their needs and future plans. A lifelong Chicago resident, Alison grew up in Western Springs and has been a resident of Downers Grove for over a decade. Her attention to detail guides clients through every step of their home sale or purchase.
Alison is a Certified Staging Consultant and adds a unique value to her clients prior to listing their home, hoping to result in a shorter market time. She has a comprehensive understanding of home staging strategies, psychology, and marketing benefits of preparing a home to sell.
Alison holds a degree in Liberal Arts with a Business minor from the University of Iowa. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the many activities in the western suburbs with her family, including farmers’ markets and local restaurants. Alison also volunteers her time with local school organizations and the local Blessings in a Backpack chapter.
