Alejandro (Alex), a current resident of Lincoln Square, has lived and worked on the north side of Chicago since 1994.

He previously worked in the hospitality and service industries, where he launched himself as a restaurant business owner who paid close attention to customer service skills. During this period, he nurtured his interest in real estate by becoming the owner and investor in several properties. His experience gained in property investment has allowed Alex to find homes that are structurally sound and meet the exacting requirements of his customers, or sell their existing homes using the most advanced online marketing channels and expert sales strategy.

First, he determined what we could afford versus what we wanted to pay. He also had the daunting task of finding VA approved listings. He found and emailed many listings filling the criteria, sifted through our choices, made appointments, showed us everything we wanted to see, watched our reactions and helped us pinpoint what was really important to us.     Alejandro (Alex) Guevara pulled off what we didn't really know was possible - helping us find a wonderful Hyde Park condo while we were living far away from Chicago. One of us was in France, the other was in Ghana! Alex was able to work with us in this tricky situation, and he made it seem like a breeze. He would scout out the places, forward us those he thought we might be interested in, and we would move forward from there. Since he has a deep familiarity with the area and an encyclopedic knowledge of real estate (which he could summarize with wonderful clarity) he really made the whole process seem simple. No question was to small for him to answer, and he bargained for a better deal than we had hoped for, parking space included! Towards the end, he showed he really knew how to get the job done and leap over hurdles in the purchase process. We couldn't be happier with the location, price, and quality of our new home.     Alejandro was great...We talked about my situation, my budget, and what my requirements where, then we started looking around on the computer to see what was out there...He showed me properties I was interested in, and even nudged me to see properties I thought there was no-way we were going to qualify for...To my disbelief the one property I was absolutely sure we would not get, WE GOT IT!!!
