A veteran with over 19 years of experience in real estate, Serafin’s career in the industry began as an assistant to a Gold Coast firm where he was mentored by their most successful real estate agents. This exposure to the industry while pursuing his college degree set Serafin up to attain his career success, and is a consistent Top Producer, and often reaches over 100 transaction in a year in both sales/rentals combined - an achievement of which he is quite proud.
Serafin was born and raised in Chicago’s north side, and his extensive knowledge of each of the city’s unique neighborhoods gives him the ability to have a keen sense of values and market trends. An expert buyers agent, Serafin is also highly experienced in high end leasing.
This Bucktown native has a deep love of music and dancing, and received a degree in Commercial Music. When not at Dream Town, Serafin can often be found experience Chicago’s rich cultural music scene, from dance performances to concerts. He’s also a devout sport fanatic, and cheers on every Chicago team no matter outcome.
