Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Kevin had an accomplished career in finance. As the Assistant Vice President of Sales and Underwriting for a local company, Kevin came to understand the nuances of credit analysis and the structuring of high-risk loans. This experience has benefitted Kevin as a real estate broker, allowing him to better grasp the complexities of buying or selling a home.
Kevin got his first taste of real estate success in his 20s, when he partnered with a small team of investors to purchase and rehab a Roger’s Park bar. Together with his co-owners, Kevin was able to bring the property and business back into prosperity. He later went on to purchase and manage several multi-unit rental properties on Chicago’s north side. This firsthand knowledge of the city’s competitive real estate market helps Kevin as he works with his clients. He is able to put this know-how to work, navigating his clients to their dream home or investment property.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys being outside and active—as much as the Chicago weather will allow. He’s backpacked through Europe, and hopes to one day continue traveling the globe. Kevin is also an active volunteer, working with a local youth basketball league as a coach for the last nine years.
