Kelsey Mayher brings both expertise and a long history of personal experience to her career as a real estate broker. She grew up gaining close insight into the residential real estate and development industry through her family—her father worked as a builder in the southwest suburbs and her mother as a realtor. Additionally, Kelsey has worked with her sister for a number of years on residential new construction projects in Plainfield, Tinley Park, and Highland Park. She combines her diverse understanding of real estate and construction with a skill set she gained as a teacher, including patience and an ability to communicate clearly with her clients regarding the process of buying or selling a home.
Kelsey is a lifelong native of the Chicago area, originally hailing from the south suburbs of Orland Park and Homer Glen. She has lived within the city for over seven years, currently residing in River North, and in addition to that neighborhood she offers her clients particular knowledge of the markets within West Loop, South Loop, West Town, and Gold Coast. When not focusing on her real estate work, Kelsey enjoys an active lifestyle, trying new workout regimens and running half marathons. She also considers herself a foodie and regularly explores the many dining options to be found within the city.
