Prior to beginning his career in real estate sales, John Vossoughi graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and worked for CB Richard Ellis as a Property Manager. In this role, John oversaw commercial office space for four buildings, consisting of over 550,000 square feet in total. John also supervised several construction projects and skillfully negotiated contract services and prices with a wide variety of vendors to meet the budget constraints of each property he managed. Through these negotiations John was able to save his Investors a lot of money, and John promises to bring the same dedication and skill to each of his clients' transactions. He specializes in buying and selling both residential and commercial real estate, as well as having expertise in property valuation and development.
John makes it a personal goal to erase the common misconception that all real estate brokers provide the same value and level of service. He aims to nurture lasting relationships with his clients, showing them on a daily basis the quality and substance of his work. John brings both an ability to listen and communicate and a willingness to be completely accessible. The Boss Group
The Boss Group is comprised of a team of six brokers, personally recruited and trained by group head John Vossoughi and his partner Nathan Binkley.
