John has been a real estate broker for over 15 years, and involved in over $100 million in transactions during the course of that time. He has a unique understanding of Chicago as a life-long resident. He has been a part of just about every aspect of the real estate industry. John spent many years as a foreclosure specialist and has rehabbed and flipped over 50+ units. He also has extensive experience managing multifamily properties and running several condo associations, giving him a deeper understanding of Chicago’s investment property opportunities. John also has knowledge of Commercial leases as assisting and putting several together with some well-known companies locally and globally.
John treats every client like family, and believes that helping them secure the most equity and save the most money is the most important thing he can do for his clients. He values the relationships he’s built with his clients over the years. When asked about his proudest accomplishment in real estate, he says the numbers are meaningful but that the lasting connections he’s made with clients are his greatest achievement.
When not at Dream Town, John likes to spend time with his family and traveling. He’s is an avid Chicago sports fan, and calls Wrigley and Soldier Field his home away from home (depending on the season, of course). This tee-ball coach loves to spend time outside, and spends Chicago’s warmest months barbequing with friends and family. John is also an active volunteer for the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, raising awareness for those impacted by the disorder.
