Heather has a longstanding history of sales success, with over 20 years of experience in retail sales management. She honed her aesthetic sense during her 12 years as Pottery Barn’s Visual Manager, translating her keen eye for design into her real estate career. Heather has spent her career cultivating a loyal customer following through her resolve and natural ability to empathize with her clients while delivering on promises. Patient and understanding, she knows the right questions to ask, working within her clients’ budgets to guide them to their dream home.
Heather is a problem-solver, and tackles each transaction with fresh eyes; she understands that each client’s wants are different, and tailors her approach to their needs. As a lifelong resident of Chicago and the North Shore, Heather uses her vast insight and knowledge of the area’s diverse neighborhoods and home values to help her clients navigate the market. Heather knows that the process of buying or selling a home can be emotional, and works diligently to provide her clients with a stress-free experience, attributing her success to her innate organizational skills. She’s not afraid to put her interior design chops to the test, using her years of design industry experience to help her clients stage their homes. Her expert eye for details gives her serious insight into renovations; she’s currently working on her own labor of love with her husband, an experienced contractor.
When not at Dream Town, Heather and her family enjoy exploring Evanston’s beaches and bike paths, or driving through the ravines on Sheridan Road. Heather also loves to give back when she can, raising money for Connections for the Homeless; what started as a small lemonade stand fundraiser with her daughter has evolved into an annual event, with her family matching every dollar their lemonade stand makes to donate to the organization! During the summer months, Heather spends time at her vacation home in southern Wisconsin enjoying nights around the fire pit, or antiquing for the latest vintage find.
