After moving to Chicago from Michigan in 2003, Brit quickly fell in love with the city’s diverse neighborhoods and world-class architecture. As his interest in real estate grew, he decided to pursue a career as a licensed broker, and in 2012 Brit made the transition from hospitality management into real estate. Starting as a buyer’s agent at small local firm, Brit’s expert communication skills help him to better connect with each of his clients in order to achieve their real estate goals.
Helping clients find their perfect home is Brit’s favorite aspect of the industry. He truly loves being a part of such a monumental point in his client’s lives—being included in this process can be emotional, and Brit appreciates that his client’s trust him to help them move into the next phase of their lives. His greatest accomplishment is having a happy client, and he sees each transaction as an opportunity to grow and learn in order to best serve his clients.
In his free time, Brit treats life like an adventure! He loves to take a last-minute trip to explore a new area, and thinks the best day is a day road tripping to a new locale. Brit’s advice—a quick search can turn up an amazing array of cool day trips in the Chicagoland area, so why not get out? Brit grew up working on cars—you could say he grew up in an autobody shop, and you’d be correct. His passion continues today, and you can often find Brit checking out the latest cars or coolest antique vehicles at car shows.
