After a decade in sales and hospitality, Adam decided it was time to build his life and business around something he loved—the houses we make into homes and connecting with people on a more personal level. This inspired him to become a licensed broker more than three years ago, and he has not looked back since. Before coming to Dream Town, Adam worked with a local real estate development company that focused on acquiring under-utilized and historically significant properties and redeveloping them into amenity-rich luxury apartments. Adam loves the real estate community for embracing him for who he is, and thrives off the constant opportunities to be creative in an industry that values ingenuity and hard work.
Adam became skilled in recognizing the potential in a property, specializing in first-time homebuyers, 1031 exchange, and rentals. Employing progressive marketing strategies, Adam is able to guide his clients to their ideal home or investment. Adam believes in a collaborative approach, partnering with his clients throughout the transaction to ensure their needs and goals are met. He believes it’s not only important to be adept at what you do, but also to always remain positive, collected, and kind, regardless of the situation.
Outside of Dream Town, Adam and his husband Dan enjoy exploring Chicago’s expansive parks and outdoor spaces. From the river walk to the lakefront’s trails, Adam loves to experience all that the city has to offer. While he currently resides in Lincoln Square, you can often find Adam and his family at the Montrose dog beach in Uptown or the South Loop’s Fred Anderson dog park with Atlas and Dakin, both rescues. Adam is also a volunteer with the Friends of the 46th Ward Schools, a local nonprofit group working to boost resources for schools throughout the 46th Ward.
