Once you’ve locked in your target budget, wish list, and location criteria, your broker will set up your custom home search, drawing on Dream Town’s vast network of pre-market listings and MLS properties to help narrow down your must-see properties.
You’ll tour properties with your broker virtually—from Matterport 3D tours to virtual walk-throughs with you broker, we’ll work with your schedule to make sure you’re able to keep your home search moving along steadily and safely. Our Matterport tours are the next best thing to an in-person showing, allowing you to take a 360-degree walk through a home from the comfort of your own couch. We’ve always utilized extensive high-quality photography and videography—including drone video—to give our clients an in-depth look at potential homes. Updated daily, Dream Town’s virtual open houses are another great way to find your dream home.
Once you’ve found the home for you, we’re able to submit your offer and earnest money digitally. You’ll sign paperwork and pay electronically, streamlining the process and eliminating the need for paper. Consider it the eco-friendly way to buy a home!
Working with our extensive roster of vetted professionals, your Dream Town broker will ensure that your home—and deal—are airtight. We’re able to suggest home inspection professionals and attorneys that will be able to make sure that the property and paperwork are properly in place to protect your purchase. Home inspectors will tour the property and deliver a detailed report with photos and maintenance suggestions, and schedule a follow-up call to go over everything with you. We’ll connect you with a trusted attorney that can conduct a review of all contracts with you over the phone or via video chat, making sure you understand exactly how the process will work start to finish. When ready, your broker will conduct a final walk-through via Facetime, Zoom, or whatever works for you.
When it’s closing time, we have a variety of options available to make this step easy for you. From pre-signing with a remote notary to drive-thru closings, your Dream Town broker will make sure closing on your home is as stress-free as possible.
