Dream Town Realty partnered with veteran consumer researchers at CMI Community Marketing & Insights to conduct Chicagoland’s first comprehensive LGBT real estate study.
We gathered quantifiable information about the LGBT community and their preferences and needs relative to the real estate process. The results of our study were instrumental in developing our LGBT Client Services Division. Below you will find the questions we asked survey takers. Click on each question to read our findings.
