My fiancé and I had a great experience working with Dream Town Realty. Their website was easy to use and it enabled us to view many different property options, schedule appointments, manage our properties list, etc. Through Dream Towns website, we met our Real Estate Agent, Chris Vasilakopoulos.
Chris called me to schedule an appointment. He made a sincere effort to find out what our needs were. We wanted to find something fairly quickly, but we also had some uncertainties of what we wanted. Having worked with Chris for about 6 months and changing our criteria a couple of times, we visited approximately 135 properties. During this process, Chris was very patient and accommodating to our needs. We were able to discuss our concerns freely with him.

The Dreamtown website is fantastic. I was able to find the listings I was interested in by myself--several hours of looking online and telling Chris which ones I wanted to go to saved us both hours of time looking at inappropriate ones because I knew what I wanted and there wasn't a lot of it out there in my price range. I love my condo and it has everything I was looking for. Chris was very patient with me and let me vent when my horrible mortgage broker was causing constant problems even though that wasn't Chris' fault or problem. I recently purchased my first home with the help of Chris, and I could not have been more pleased with the level of service, commitment, and professionalism that I was provided. I originally resided in Michigan, and while attending my last semester of college, Chris understood my schedule would not allow for me to make frequent trips to the city, and adjusted accordingly. My experience with Dream Town was great. I was especially happy to deal with George Synowiec, who was very attentive and professional. He went above and beyond to see that I was content with the service.
For example, when I was looking for a bigger place we saw this unit that I liked but the price was not within my budget so we tried to work with the homeowner but no such luck. I was sad since it was a beautiful unit with a lake view from every room. After two weeks or so he called me back to let me know that unit was still available and we put an offer and now I got it thanks to George. I have worked with other Realtors in the past but have not received the same service that George provides. He gives you 200% and will not settle until you are happy.
