I recently purchased a condo on the north side. He could have taken the easy way out and just facilitated the deal on the place I had selected, but he was more concerned about our being happy in the long run, and less concerned about making a quick buck. Misha, I want to comment about your performance in relation to my purchase at Catalpa Gardens. What I guess I was most impressed with was your research BEFORE our appointment. Not only did you have the information pulled on the property, but you had the comp set in addition to what they were offering to potential buyers (which as it turns out, was lower in your MLS) than what they offered me as a walk-in.
Consequently you saved me over $2,000 right off the bat. This type of work ethic is what distinguishes those that are average and those that are exceptional. I would have no hesitation is utilizing your services and or referring you to others.

As we were traveling from out of town our time was important to us. Misha quickly identified our requirements and tastes and diligently researched each listing to ensure it was suitable.
She showed us only what we were interested in was never pushy and was honest enough to tell us if she saw a downside to a property. She works tirelessly, often emailing us listings and comments at 2 or 3 in the morning! Not only did we gain a new condo but we also gained a friend.

I think even Amy was surprised when the listing agent asked me how long I had been looking and I replied that this was the condo number 52.
She thought I was exaggerating. I wasnt.
Amy never rushed me to take something that wasnt exactly what I was looking for&which was a condo that had an alternative layout that I could actually afford.
I think she was completely prepared to continue looking despite the fact that my availability inevitably landed on a day it was 20 degrees and sleeting outside. She was wonderfully professional and even more importantly a real trooper. Her services have extended from the initial search right down to sending me a list of things to do for my move. Having our first property fall through before the closing, my wife and I needed to find a condominium in less than 3 weeks. Kara worked night and day for us as if she were a close friend. After the deal to sell our condo fell through we were in a bad situation. We had a purchase contract on a home and a significant sum of money tied up and absolutely no prospective buyers for our unit. It was at this point when we called Nykea. I came upon the Dreamtown website a couple years ago during the search for my 1st place. When I was on the search for my 2nd place, it was the only site that remembered enjoying using the 1st time-around. I was specifically looking in the West Loop and Jill had most of the listings I liked. I set up a day of calls, then a few follow-ups to narrow things down. Jill was great throughout the entire process. She was never pushy and made the whole thing easier to handle. During the negotiation she was aggressive without jeopardizing the deal. She helped me all the way to the closing, and was actually there (with champagne) to seal the deal. Buying a place is never easy, but Jill made it enjoyable, and thats hard to do.

I loved having Jill as my real estate agent! When I started looking for my condo, I had a general sense of the type of unit that I wanted and the area that I wanted to live in, but I needed some help with the specifics. Jill quickly picked up on what I wanted both aesthetically and functionally, and only showed me units that fit well with what I was looking for. As a result, the actual condo search only took a few weeks. During the search, Jill always went above and beyond to accomodate my schedule and my requests. During the search, negotiation, mortgage approval, and closing, she was always available and willing to answer the numerous first-time home buyer questions that I had. I can't thank you enough for all your help and support throughout this process. As a professional in the hospitality industry, it is really hard to "WOW" me with great customer service. I am continually let down, and dissatisfied when I expect great customer service. However, in this instance I was WOW'ED over and over again.
You were always their when I needed you to be, answering all my questions and making me feel like I was your only customer. Even when I was busy at work I felt at ease knowing you were there representing me. As we both said, if it was meant to be it will work out. And from the beginning it truly was.
