He was always extremely efficient with returning phone calls and responding to emails. We appreciate his work ethic - he was always honest with us, gave us his well informed opinion, and never attended other calls or emails/texts when we were out viewing homes for sale. Thomas had worked on an investment property for my partner a few years prior. So when we decided it was time to expand to a simgle family home in the city, he was the first person we thought of. He spent many weekends over the next 5 months working to learn the differences between our needs & our preferences . . . and did so quite well. He demonstrated a great deal of patience and applied the right amount of pressure when it was necessary. Five months and countless houses later, we bought the very first house he showed us. Thomas was excellent to work with, and also continued on to help me sell a highrise condo in just under 12 weeks. At a time when there were many other units availble in my building, I was very happy with the result.

We have high expectations, and Beverly exceeds them. She always has time for us and makes us feel like we are her only client. She attends showings and actually helps sell the property, and she did it for less than others (5%) - that was very different from our experience with other agents that want 6% for essentially just listing the property and acting as a middle-man once an offer is made.

Jae was absolutely the perfect agent for our search to buy our next home. His quantitative and analytic approach helped me understand the market conditions, while his real estate development experience helped my wife build a vision for our next home. Jae was also a valuable resource throughout the entire process - from finding properties all the way to closing. After gaining a thorough understanding of what we wanted in a home, he moved quickly to identify listings and set up showings. Once we were ready to submit an offer, Jae was a shrewd negotiator - getting our home at a lower $/sqft than all other comparables and providing us with instant equity. During the inspection, Jae's experience in RE development was a vital asset; he identified several major and minor issues, and then helped us negotiate a more than adequate closing credit for the repairs. Even after inspection and at closing, Jae was always very responsive and provided support whenever we needed. We could not be happier with Jae as our real estate agent, and we definitely plan on working with him again in the future.

I am a very picky person and Dream Town helped me find a fantastic place that I really love. My agent, Rachel, was very knowledgeable about the city, and she was always prepared for our visits. She worked very hard between our showings and was constantly in touch with me about my thoughts and with new ideas.
What I really liked was that she would send me emails with links to various properties on the web and in her real estate database so I could preview apartments on-line before going out to see them. This saved a lot of time and ensured that I was only visiting the places that truly had potential.

ChathamIf someone asked me to describe Tokela Brown, I would have to say she is Reliable, Resourceful, Hardworking but most of all she is a Super-Agent. When I met Ms. Brown, my home had been on the market way to long, I had an absentee agent and my foreclosure date was fast approaching. I was stressed beyond belief and was sure the bank would take my home and I would end up owing an insurmountable amount of money. I cancelled my contract with my original listing agent and signed with Tokela. She came out the gate running. She marketed my home as a Short Sale. At the time I didn't know we could do that. My other agent hadn't explained all my options. Ms. Brown took the time out to explain what we needed to do and it all made sense. I went with her advice and the wonderful attorney she recommended to me. She kept me informed every step of the way. In about a month after she took over my listing, we had a signed contract. Next was tackling the other beast, the bank. At this point, the attorney Tokela recommended to me stepped in. This attorney worked diligently on my behalf. Between her and Ms. Brown, I felt like their only client. They always had time for my questions and concerns. Not one phone call went unreturned. My case was not an easy one, but they never wavered in helping me sell my home and avoid foreclosure. So many agents at that time turned away from such cases, but not Tokela. She was my virtual army of one. My home closed a day before it went on the auction block. I owed the bank nothing because of the excellent negotiating skills. I can never repay them for what they did for me in those months. They never let me feel ashamed that my home was in foreclosure. Tokela came in, took the reins and headed out to find a solution to my problem. She never allowed me to worry. She was so positive in everything. She set out to sell my home and avoid foreclosure and that is exactly what she did. I would recommend her to anyone. If someone is looking for an honest, reliable, straightforward, positive, hardworking agent; then Tokela Brown will always be your go to person.
