He was an excellent communicator and advocate through the renting and association process. He gave frequent updates as well as encouragement when needed. He went out of his way to come at night or early in the morning, and even with extra paperwork to assure no details were forgotten. Weeks later, he was thoughtful enough to check in how the new place was so far. Even in the most difficult situations, I was reassured to know Rick was going to help us through it all. My experience with Riz was great, I could not have asked for a better realtor. We had been looking at condos for months, he was never pushy and when a deal fell through he was back at it looking up more properties and opening my eyes to different assets. This was my first home so I was determined that the "almost perfect" home was out there for me and Riz found it! As soon as we saw it I was ready to make an offer and he was right there with the paperwork ready for me to sign. He also helped me answer all of my questions and each step throughout the whole process no matter how minute. I look forward to working with him again in the future (but not too soon, unless I win the lottery!). I love coming home every day and couldn't have had a more pleasant outcome.
