I would recommend Beverly to everybody I know. She is very knowledgeable, reliable, consultative, diligent, patient, and very pleasant to work with. I would share some detailed thoughts on four main categories below:
Client Service
Beverly's client service is top notch. Whether you are buying a $100k unit or $1 million unit, you can expect the same level of service, attention, and respect from her. We have been looking in the market for 8 months before finally settling on a place and I have never received less than stellar services from her. In fact, we looked at many places before finding something we love; it is hard to find an agent with as much patient as Beverly. She is also very resourceful - we relied on her recommendations for (and are happy with) a home inspector, lender, and contractors. The level of service we received from those individuals were impressive; it is just another example of how the best like to surround themselves with only the best.
Communication
Beverly is an excellent and timely communicator. I usually get a response from her right away. She takes time to make sure you are heard before making her recommendation. We benefited a lot from her detailed explanation of the condo buying process.
Adaptability
I think this is an important attitude to possess regardless of the industry you work in. We certainly have put Beverly through more than her fair share of changing minds, but never once was she frustrated with us. Unexpected issues/requests would come up, but Beverly handled it like a pro.
Technical Expertise
As mentioned before, we really relied on Beverly to guide us through the condo buying process. She takes the time out to answer our questions and would research for the correct answer if she didn't know the answer to them (though we could rarely stump her!). The important thing to recognize here is she does put all the considerations on the table without trying to sway you towards one decision or another. We were always informed of the implications of our decisions and made up our minds accordingly.

He was so patient on communicating with the seller (a bank owner foreclosure) for us, and if we had a question or concern, he would resolve it so quickly to make sure that me and my husband, as buyers, were satisfied. Up front, Kim walked me through the contract and sales process so I was informed and prepared. In a time of slowing sales, Kim did an outstanding job with the number of showings far exceeding my expectations. Even when the resulting buyer's initial offer was very low, Kim did a great job managing me, setting realistic expectations and advising me on a successful negotiating strategy. Kim also did a great job managing the buyer, countering their initial pricing rational with an exceptionally well conceived case for why our pricing was fair.
