I want to pass along high regards to Dream Town Realty and my realtor Beverly Bahm. I was a first time homebuyer and consequently found the home buying process overwhelming at times. I stumbled across Dream Town on Google and was pleasantly surprised how user friendly their website was and the vast listings they had, or at least in the South Loop where I was looking. More specifically, one of my favorite features to Dream Town's website (once your logged in) is the View My Favorites link which saves all your favorite listings in one easy to find link on their site. Not rocket science but really helps streamline your search process.

After filling up my favorite list I blindly walked into Dream Town's office and luckily stumbled into Beverly Bahm. Beverly and I worked closely together for 6+ months and I can vouch for her professionalism, real estate knowledge, patience and her ability to successful broker a deal. All those positive attributes were clearly displayed when I/we went to contract in a dicey situation (my call) where the condo building was in the middle of a $4 million lawsuit with its developer. I loved the unit and with Beverly's help we negotiated an equitable deal to help offset the future special assessment. In the end, I realized this was a headache I didn't need and Beverly quickly and smoothly got us out of the contract. Thank God!!!

That experience really took the wind out of my sail but Beverly stuck with me and after hitting the pavement, more showings, I found my dream condo. I've been in my new condo for four months now and couldn't be any happier. 100% customer satisfaction.
