I worked with Yogi on the selling side as well as the buying side of the real estate process and the experience was truly valuable and rewarding. My previous experience with a real estate agent was fine but I never really felt like the agent was attentive to my requests and needs. Yogi was a welcomed change in that he was always eager to show me properties that met my requirements which meant accommodating my ever changing search criteria and varying geographic locations throughout the city. When I finally found a property I wanted to buy, again he showed his dedication to his client's needs and his knowledge of the real estate process by being thorough when explaining the process, by working with the seller to negotiate on price and other concessions, and by being patient, even when the process ended up being much longer than the normal process. In the end Yogi proved to be a great real estate agent, showing a friendly, knowledgeable, and focused attention to the client.
