I came upon the Dreamtown website a couple years ago during the search for my 1st place. When I was on the search for my 2nd place, it was the only site that remembered enjoying using the 1st time-around. I was specifically looking in the West Loop and Jill had most of the listings I liked. I set up a day of calls, then a few follow-ups to narrow things down. Jill was great throughout the entire process. She was never pushy and made the whole thing easier to handle. During the negotiation she was aggressive without jeopardizing the deal. She helped me all the way to the closing, and was actually there (with champagne) to seal the deal. Buying a place is never easy, but Jill made it enjoyable, and thats hard to do.
