Marcia was a great help and resource through our property buying process, sticking with us through almost purchasing a two-flat and then through buying our first house (yay!). Marcia always has a lot of information, whether it's about neighborhoods, contractors, or schools.

Early on, we sat down with Marcia and had a long talk about what we were looking for, so she knew what we would or would not be interested in - because of this, it didn't take long for her to find us what we were looking for (unlike the last agent we worked with, who seemed to want to show us EVERYTHING - Marcia helped us clarify our search).
