My recent purchase of a condominium was not my first real estate purchase, not by a long shot, so I came to Mark with a real "been there, done that" attitude. I was also very busy settling into my new job in downtown Chicago, so my schedule was very tight and my demands, well, very demanding. I had no patience for the typical "schmooze" thrown at prospective buyers by many real estate agents.

Mark was extremely patient with me, even to the point of rescheduling showing a couple of times when I had to cancel on short notice. More importantly, he really listened to what I wanted and lined up the right properties in the right neighborhood for me to look at. I found the exact unit I wanted and could comfortably afford, and Mark stayed with me through the entire process, right up to the day of the closing.

I've purchased several properties over the years, and I can honestly say that I've never had a better agent working for me and with me than Mark Miles. Should my wife and I decide to upgrade our housing in the future, we will call on Mark without hesitation.
