I contacted Mark Miles to sell my 'first' condo and to assist me with purchasing a single family home in Lakeview. The purchase went very smoothly and I am glad I chose a Realtor to assist me in the process. Mark worked tirelessly to negotiate the best possible price that he could, and his expertise of the transaction helped us get other things included in the deal that we wouldn't have even asked for. He then was able to provide me with a list of accomplished real estate attorneys and professional home inspectors. He even provided me a list of his preferred lenders, one of which provided me a substantial savings over a family friend. He clearly was looking out for my best interests throughout the process.

The sale of my condo was a bigger challenge with the market slowing back to normal marketing times, however Mark used all of the marketing opportunities that he could to bring attention to my condo, especially the exposure on the Dream Town website. While my condo wasn't updated to today's standards, he was still able to save me the time (and most of the expense) of updating the condo. Through the use of his extensive list of vendors, I was able to find a very good granite company that gave me a great deal and I was able to pass that great deal long to the buyer of my condo. Everyone was happy! I will DEFINITELY use Mark and Dream Town again in the future and refer anyone I know buying or selling to him. Thanks Mark, your work on the buy and sell was tremendous!
