Marcia Badillo puts the Real in Realtor! I was looking at buying my first place and Marcia took the time to explain how important it was to consider the location, and then what was in my financial means. To do so, Marcia met me at my local Starbucks on a Saturday and explained the entire buying process. She provided me not only a cup of coffee, but a very detailed timeline which included referrals of attorneys as well as property inspectors. It was so helpful to have that information through out my entire house hunting experience. I felt very informed and aware of each step in the process.

She would send me MLS updates daily and always schedule appointments to look at condos when it was convenient for me. Marcia always had my needs in mind. She is also a very patient agent. She and I must have looked at 10 or places before I finally found my place!
