I have heard so many horror stories about realtors who did not follow through, were not aggressive enough, and most importantly, were bad advisors. I could not have been more pleased with Dave Plotkin and my experience buying my first place. Whenever we would look at a unit, I would immediately start decorating in my mind, imagining what color I would paint the walls, how I would arrange the furniture, and where my art would go. Dave was always my voice of reason. He pointed out imperfections in places I would never have thought to look. Whether it was a patch in the ceiling that presumed to be a large problem in the future, beams on a porch that were unsafe, water damage on the outside of the building, or assessments that were way overpriced, I could always count on him to give me his honest opinion. Dave also has experience as a rehabber and was always able to give me a financial estimate on what it would take to make the proper changes to a place which is a field I have no experience in. I changed my criteria for what I was looking for more than once and Dave was always sending me updated properties all day long. He made this experience far more positive than I ever could have imagined and I am so grateful to have found him. Thanks Dave!
