If you plan to buy a home in the Chicago area you would be crazy not to choose Marcia Badillo as your agent! She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Marcia is very knowledgeable, communicates extremely well, and was always available to answer all of the many questions we had as first time home buyers. We had some issues with the sellers' agent taking forever to get back to us with information. Marcia handled the situation very professionally and worked continuously to keep the processing moving forward. By the time of our closing we definitely considered Marcia more of a friend than just an agent. She has even checked in with us since the closing to make sure we are happy with our new place. We would (and have) recommend her to any and all of our friends and family.
