Purchasing a bank owned house the week you are getting married is not the best of ideas for first time buyers but it is what we did. Mark was very patient throughout the entire process and handled it well. He was very timely in his responses to all our inquires and even negotiated to get us a large credit for any hidden expenses that might have come up. We are really glad he did, as once we moved in, the credit came in very handy to repair some of the defects we didn't know existed, being a foreclosure with no seller to ask questions of. Mark really looked out for our best interest throughout. All in all we could not have asked for more.
